Day 4: Happy thoughts with a smile

The power of positive thinking is a topic of heated debate recently. Do we achieve great things because we wish them to be great? Is there not merit in seeking the risks and dangers that lures in the dark? Is it not human (and necessary) to look for what is 'wrong' so we can fix it?

These patterns of incorrectness... it keeps us focus on what we cannot do, what we cannot achieve. But to disregard them altogether will also mean that we kid ourselves into thinking nothing can ever go wrong.

Happy thoughts, positive outlook and attitude, means to keep track of what is going right, and what do we want more of that is right. If we wallow in our mistakes, or in what is wrong, you do not feel good about yourself.

So, it becomes irrelevant if happy thoughts really attracts more happiness for the future. The reality is, having happy thoughts make you feel better in the now.

Smile. :-)
