When you remember that life is a process, it helps us put our goal-setting in perspective.
The purpose of setting goals is to give us a temporary structure in which to operate.
Unfortunately when we begin to believe that the structure is solid and real, we loose touch with the process of getting there.
This is why we often feel so depressed and let down when we reach our goals.
We have not let ourselves enjoy the experience of the journey, and when we reach the end, we have missed the journey.
Being in the present allows us to experience the journey and to respond to the process of the journey.
When we operate this way, we see that all goals are just temporary ideas that change as we draw near to them!

Spiritual identiteit is nie net wie jy glo jy is nie maar waarom jy is.
Afhangende van jou filosofie kan jy of indivualisties wees (waar die een belangriker is as die baie) of dualism (waar die een moet lei vir die baie).

REGRESSION
Ek wou nog vir jou se Vrydag ek het 'n boek gelees: "Same Soul many Bodies" deur Brian Weiss.
Hy regress mense op 'n gereelde basis, en het baie sulke gevalle waar mense kan onthou dat hulle aliens is wat aarde toe gekom het omdat hulle planeet vernietig was.
Hulle het toe gemeng met die 'mense' op die aarde en vandag kan ons nie meer verskil sien tussen wat aard mens en alien is nie.
DNA
Mens het tipies mos dieselfde elemente as gewone grond (potasium ens) maar dit is net in verskillende verhoudings van mekaar.
Ek het iewers anders gelees dat daar 'n mineraal is wat deel is van mens se DNA wat nie op aarde gevind word nie.
Of dit nou so is weet ek nie, maar daar het jy dit.
Terug by Brian Weiss se boek:
Sommige het ook regres wat gewerk het om die piramides te bou ens.
Ander was healers in dieselfde tyd, maar hulle het magical rods gebruik om te heal wat baie advance was, maar ook baie secret.
Ek het so iets nog net op my eie gedoen, en het onthou dat ek 'n scholar in London was (ek kan nie onthou wanneer nie, ek het dit iewers neergeskryf, maar ek dink 16iets. maar ek was jonk dood.
Ek sien hoe ek in die straat af stap in London se klippie pad en iemand my tromp oploop, sy hand in my jas druk en net onder my hart 'n dolk in my steek (ek het 'n geboortemerk daar).
Hy het my vermoor vir my beursie. Ek het lank gele en lei in die straat, terwyl almal my net verby gaan.

Wow! Waar het jy geleer om jouself te "regress"? Wat 'n droewige verhaal - ek hoop die vent wat dit gedoen het, het sy Moses teëgekom!
Ek was eendag saam met 'n paar dames by een van hulle se huis om my aura te laat lees. Almal het 'n beurt gekry. Die dame wat dit doen laat jou voor 'n wit doek staan en kyk dan na die kleure en vorm van jou aura. Daaruit kan sy blykbaar baie aflei.
Interessant genoeg het sy opgemerk dat daar 'n vrou links / regs agter my staan en dat sy my beskerm. In 'n vorige lewe was ek haar man. Ek het later hieroor gedroom en kan die volgende onthou. My "vrou" het op ons kliphuis se stoepie gestaan, hande gevou voor haar lyf, terwyl ek op 'n klippaadjie afgestap het na 'n klein hekkie voor in die erf. Ek het teruggedraai en vir haar gewaai voor ek weggestap het. Ek was geklee in "army" drag (indien ek dit so kan stel), met 'n geweer en al. Die indruk wat ek gehad het, was dat ek oppad was om aan te sluit by die "army" en dat ek gaan veg vir my land. My vrou het baie "sad" gelyk, kan ek onthou. Die droom was verskriklik "real" - ek dink nie ek sal dit sommer vergeet nie.
Terwyl ek jou memo gelees het, het ek onwillekeurig gedink aan drie flieks: "Mission to Mars", "Stargate" en "Atlantis". Ek het nog nie gehoor van die vreemde element in ons DNA nie, maar niks is seker onmoontlik nie! Is dit nie moontlik iets wat ons liggaam self vervaardig / sintiseer nie?
Ek dink daar het iewers in ons verlede iets gebeur waar baie kennis verlore geraak het. Dieselfde vriend wat glo dat daar in 2012 iets gaan gebeur, reken dit het iets te doen met die biblioteek by Alexandrië (onthou ek nou die regte naam?) wat lank, lank gelede verbrand is. Dalk het dit iets met die groot vloed te doen, of moontlik die kerk. Dit maak seker nie regtig saak nie - die punt is dat ons nie nou is waar ons behoort te wees nie. Daar is egter mense wat glo dat ons binnekort ou kennis gaan ontdek - miskien onder die Sphinx in Egipte. Sal dit nie wonderlik wees nie?
Het jy ooit die reeks "Earth: Final Conflict" gekyk? Daar was 'n paar konsepte in die reeks wat ek gedink het is vreeslik "cool". Een was dat die "aliens" nie goed bou nie, maar groei - selfs geboue! Dink net hoe wonderlik sal dit wees? Ek het ook gisteraand gelees van 'n outjie by 'n universiteit in Amerika (indien ek reg onthou) wat tans eksperimente doen om 'n masjien te bou wat die volgende kan doen: die masjien kan "replicate". Die idee bestaan blykbaar al 'n hele ruk (ek dink sedert 1870, of so-iets) en uiteindelik sal dit die volgende beteken: jy sal bv. 'n "program" van die Internet kan aflaai en dit dan in 'n masjien inlaai wat sal voortgaan om die "program" uit te voer en (bv.) vir jou 'n kar te bou (van "scratch" af)! Ek dink nie ek beskryf dit heeltemal reg nie, maar ek glo jy kry die idee.
Ek wou nog vir jou se Vrydag ek het 'n boek gelees: "Same Soul many Bodies" deur Brian Weiss.
Hy regress mense op 'n gereelde basis, en het baie sulke gevalle waar mense kan onthou dat hulle aliens is wat aarde toe gekom het omdat hulle planeet vernietig was.
Hulle het toe gemeng met die 'mense' op die aarde en vandag kan ons nie meer verskil sien tussen wat aard mens en alien is nie.
DNA
Mens het tipies mos dieselfde elemente as gewone grond (potasium ens) maar dit is net in verskillende verhoudings van mekaar.
Ek het iewers anders gelees dat daar 'n mineraal is wat deel is van mens se DNA wat nie op aarde gevind word nie.
Of dit nou so is weet ek nie, maar daar het jy dit.

Sommige het ook regres wat gewerk het om die piramides te bou ens.
Ander was healers in dieselfde tyd, maar hulle het magical rods gebruik om te heal wat baie advance was, maar ook baie secret.
Ek het so iets nog net op my eie gedoen, en het onthou dat ek 'n scholar in London was (ek kan nie onthou wanneer nie, ek het dit iewers neergeskryf, maar ek dink 16iets. maar ek was jonk dood.
Ek sien hoe ek in die straat af stap in London se klippie pad en iemand my tromp oploop, sy hand in my jas druk en net onder my hart 'n dolk in my steek (ek het 'n geboortemerk daar).
Hy het my vermoor vir my beursie. Ek het lank gele en lei in die straat, terwyl almal my net verby gaan.

Wow! Waar het jy geleer om jouself te "regress"? Wat 'n droewige verhaal - ek hoop die vent wat dit gedoen het, het sy Moses teëgekom!
Ek was eendag saam met 'n paar dames by een van hulle se huis om my aura te laat lees. Almal het 'n beurt gekry. Die dame wat dit doen laat jou voor 'n wit doek staan en kyk dan na die kleure en vorm van jou aura. Daaruit kan sy blykbaar baie aflei.
Interessant genoeg het sy opgemerk dat daar 'n vrou links / regs agter my staan en dat sy my beskerm. In 'n vorige lewe was ek haar man. Ek het later hieroor gedroom en kan die volgende onthou. My "vrou" het op ons kliphuis se stoepie gestaan, hande gevou voor haar lyf, terwyl ek op 'n klippaadjie afgestap het na 'n klein hekkie voor in die erf. Ek het teruggedraai en vir haar gewaai voor ek weggestap het. Ek was geklee in "army" drag (indien ek dit so kan stel), met 'n geweer en al. Die indruk wat ek gehad het, was dat ek oppad was om aan te sluit by die "army" en dat ek gaan veg vir my land. My vrou het baie "sad" gelyk, kan ek onthou. Die droom was verskriklik "real" - ek dink nie ek sal dit sommer vergeet nie.
Terwyl ek jou memo gelees het, het ek onwillekeurig gedink aan drie flieks: "Mission to Mars", "Stargate" en "Atlantis". Ek het nog nie gehoor van die vreemde element in ons DNA nie, maar niks is seker onmoontlik nie! Is dit nie moontlik iets wat ons liggaam self vervaardig / sintiseer nie?
Ek dink daar het iewers in ons verlede iets gebeur waar baie kennis verlore geraak het. Dieselfde vriend wat glo dat daar in 2012 iets gaan gebeur, reken dit het iets te doen met die biblioteek by Alexandrië (onthou ek nou die regte naam?) wat lank, lank gelede verbrand is. Dalk het dit iets met die groot vloed te doen, of moontlik die kerk. Dit maak seker nie regtig saak nie - die punt is dat ons nie nou is waar ons behoort te wees nie. Daar is egter mense wat glo dat ons binnekort ou kennis gaan ontdek - miskien onder die Sphinx in Egipte. Sal dit nie wonderlik wees nie?
Het jy ooit die reeks "Earth: Final Conflict" gekyk? Daar was 'n paar konsepte in die reeks wat ek gedink het is vreeslik "cool". Een was dat die "aliens" nie goed bou nie, maar groei - selfs geboue! Dink net hoe wonderlik sal dit wees? Ek het ook gisteraand gelees van 'n outjie by 'n universiteit in Amerika (indien ek reg onthou) wat tans eksperimente doen om 'n masjien te bou wat die volgende kan doen: die masjien kan "replicate".
